Here we are celebrating the 74th Independence Day of India . When I think about India, lot of things comes to my mind; its culture diversity, dynamic history , rich heritage, democracy, unity and so on. But what really stands out for me is the most beautiful attire of the Indian women , “The Saree” . All outfits are great but nothing can match the elegance of a Saree!
Saree is an epitome of grace and charm for Indian women and looks absolutely stunning on every occasion. The diverse patterns , fabric and colours of sarees represent people’s belief, values and region the person comes from. It has always been indispensable and integral to Indian culture.
“Sarees have received international acclaim in the present times due to their unparalleled charm” and demand all across the globe. It is perfect attire who wants to add style and grace to their lifestyle.
You can see many international celebrities adorning Indian saree with pride. To name a few Madonna, Oprah Winfrey ,Julia Roberts, Michele Obama and many more.

Positive Body Image : This is how you perceive your physical self- the mental picture and ideas you have about your body size, shape, strength,coloration,features, and so forth. It begins to develop early in life and evolve over time. Body Image can be negative, positive,accurate or inaccurate. particularly as we form or perceive this image in comparison with others and in relation to cultural fashion ideals of what is considered attractive and what is not. Learning in an ongoing process, once you stop learning you stop growing. But is that enough? What is important is that you should transform yourself from a passive learner to an active learner.
