Honestly, there might be apps and alarms to control our use but unless and until we put our foot down and decide internet with its unending scrolling and random info won’t leave us alone.

I resonate with every wotd on your post and maybe am guilty as charged, as I often rely on my smartphone for every need and am practically glued to it. Thankfully I realised the negative impacts and my mood swings and have limited my screen time and have gone back to writing notes for tasks and reminders.
