A World full of Happiness…

I wish to live in a world with full of happiness,

A world where there is no place of loneliness,

A world with full of positivity,  A world where there is equality,

A world where women are respected, A world where there is no hatred,

A world where there is a mental peace, which I love to embrace,

Corruption, scandals and what not, Lets end this and put a full stop,

Let’s live in a world where there is peace and harmony,

As that’s the kind of happy place I want to live in,

I am sure that’s what everyone else also dream’s in!

Everyone has a different perspective of happiness. I might wish for a lot of things, which can make the world a better place to live but if a person really wants to find happiness then its within ourselves. I do not believe in preaching but I can assure you ,that if you incorporate these Three golden rules in our lives that can really make a difference.

  • Be Grateful : Everyday thank God for whatever you have been gifted with. Gratitude helps in making sense to our past, making our present peaceful and helps in creating our vision for future. No matter how hard your life is, never forget to thank god before going to sleep. A peaceful mind , a loving soul and a healthy body is the result of being thankful.
  • Acceptance : Acceptance brings positivity and motivates you to move ahead in life. Someone has rightly said acceptance awaken perfection, therefore change which is changeable and accept the unchangeable. As acceptance is having faith in yourself despite of difficulties in your lives.
  • Be hopeful: Always be optimistic and confident, as no one can ever overpower you without your own consent. Always remember one thing if god has given you problems , he has also loaded you with solutions. There will be lot of things in your life which will not go according to your plan , but that doesn’t mean you will stop planning, because if you stop planning that means you are actually planning to fail . Let your hope shape your future.

For me happiness is all about tiny moments which can fill your life with joy. Happiness is when I cook for my family and see smile on their faces without uttering a single word . Happiness is when my kids come home and say “Mom my friends loved your food” and see that pride on their faces. Happiness can never be measured, you can only feel it. A smile on a child’s face, a word of appreciation by your loved ones, chirping of birds in the morning, looking at the sunrise and sunset, playing with your children, being with your loved ones are few of those moments which can bring happiness in your lives. But the real happiness is when we do something that can make others happy. Happiness does not depend upon who you are or what you have, it all depends upon what you think.

Family brings so much joy,

My heart sings and my feet fly,

Happiness is all about giving,

Happiness is all about sharing,

Happiness is all about feeling good,

Happiness is a thing that lives in you,

So be happy and spread happiness!

A positive attitude towards everything can bring happiness in your life. Even when something goes wrong or does not happen the way you want it to be, still a positive attitude can find happiness in those difficult times. When you believe in what you are doing and love what you are doing, don’t bother what people think about you or feel about you that’s when you can feel the real happiness.

It is very important that we appreciate what we have because once we learn to value what we possess; there will be nothing which can bring negativity in our lives. We should enjoy each and every moment of our lives to the fullest, as we never know what is store for us in future.
Happiness for me is being myself and not pretentious. Being happy is the only medicine of being healthy!!

The art of being happy lies in the power of extracting happiness from common things – Henry ward Beecher
